SRX5308 - Help deciphering logs please
Hi there,
Can anyone help me with this line of text from the logs? The problem we are having is this...
We have 1 main office and 3 remote sites that use IP phones, the phones connect to our main office through our SRX5308. The phones at 2 of the remote sites work fine but we are having trouble with the remaining remote site, I've looked at the logs to see if there are any references to the failing remote site and there is one entry but I'm not sure what it means or if it means anything at all, this is the log entry, the WAN SRC ip is the main office wan ip, the DST is the remote site wan ip.
[FIREWALL] LOG_PACKET[ALLOW] IN=SELF OUT=WAN SRC=x.x.x.x DST=x.x.x.x PROTO=ICMP TYPE=3 CODE=3
Thank you.
Gary
