SRX5308 QoS Performance Drop

Enabling a QoS profile in an outbound firewall rule drops download speed from 360 Mbps to under 100 Mbps. What is the point of having a Gbps firewall if QoS caps the performance at under 100 Mbps?
What is being done to rectify this bottleneck?

Kindly answer the questions below:
a. Was it working fine before? What I mean is have you tried to enable a QoS profile in an outbound firewall rule before without experiencing a drop in the download speed?
b. What test did you perform that shows that there is a drop in the download speed after enabling a QoS profile in an outbound firewall rule?
c. Have you just recently updated the firmware to v4.3.4-2?
Kindly post screenshots or images of the configured QoS profile as well as the outbound firewall rule where you apply the QoS profile.
