Hello macounwr,
Can I get some information on your setup? I have listed my questions below:
1. Firmware version.
2. Certificate name/version/manufacturer.
3. Browser(s) used.
I'll look forward to your response.
Thanks,

Using IE on Windows 7. Reason I am pursuing this is I have a user who has upgraded (?) to Windows 10, and his IPSEC client no longer works.
Thanks for any help.

Hello macounwr,
It is either you have a version 1 hardware of the FVS336G or the firmware you are using is way behind. The certificate you uploaded looks good to me, remove the VPN configuration and run it using the instructions on this link.
Hope this one helps, if you have more questions feel free to ask.
Thanks,

My router is a version 1, and the firmware I am running is the latest version available.
I clicked the link, but I was presented a login challenge, and it is apparently different than my login for this forum, so I was unable to get to it.
Can you please post the instructions here?
Thanks,
