VPNGo1L Professional Client License missing in ABOUT
A company laptop using the VPN Client Professional license for over 2 years. We are replacing the laptop so I need to uninstall the client to release the KEY for the VPN Client professional software...
May you be able to send me via private message the serial number and email address that you registered on your VPN Client? Let us see if we can pull out the license key on this information.

How about the serial number of your VPN firewall? You may also check it on the bottom of the device.
