Configuration Issue or something else going on?
Trying to figure out if have something configured wrong or what as I am on a Cox Gigablast 1Gbps connection yet my internet is painfully slow like I mean less then 1Mbps when I do speed test... Eve...

Modem: Arris | MODEL: TM3402A
Cable Modem is then connected too Router (BR500) which then going to Network Switch ( GC752XP ) and then that feeds out to ethernet ports in house as well as 2 WAC540 Wireless Access Points...
Unfortunately router and all equipment is upstairs in server room (smart panel) and my MacBook Pro has no ethernet port so no way to hardwire/direct connect to modem...
But talking to Cox and their remote test they said its fine.. And they sent out a tech who connected his laptop to modem directly and he said its fine.
