Create a VPN
I'm running 3 WAC540s connected to a GSS108EPP behind a Rogers Ignite Gateway. I've been asked to setup a VPN to one of the SSIDs. I've played much with VPNs. Any suggestions?

A VPN does typically go the local LAN VLAN subnet (where the SSID does point to), and needs to be established from the Internet to a router and the VLAN subnet. Is this what you are behind? Nothing the wireless AP can help here.
