DNS not working from Access Point WAX630
Hello,
After changed as DHCP disable - at LAN IPv4 Settings
I tried set DNS as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
When my computers and cell phones connect to that SSID, DNS changed as 127.0.0.1
- I can use internet after manually set DNS as 8.8.8.8 something..
is this firmware problem? recently i upgrade firmware as v10.8.7.1.
or
Should I setup other things?
thank you in advanced
FD.

Why ever, In my simple mind, this should change the WAX based IP config and it's DNS settings only.
Needless to say the default gateway and the subnet must fit, otherwise the WAX is unable to resolve eg. the Netgear cloud and connect to it, do the Internet connection check, ...

Your computers and cell phones are getting an IPv4 config by DHCP typically served on your router. Exceptions might apply if if using SSIDs not bridged, but NATed to the AP local private IP subnet, where the AP does take over some NAT functionality.
Or do you want to tell the reader the AP does magically change it's local static IP config?
Please understand all my WAX and WAC and WBE are getting their IP config from DHCP as these are all Insight managed.

On the computer and the cell phones, or in the AP LAN IP config?
A little bit to vague to answer I'm afraid.
