Not sure what you are trying to achieve. Is all the traffic running through the AP on VLAN 4?
Assuming yes: Access ports are not tagged - the router and switches will add the tags when sending packets on the trunks. So I don't think you need to configure the VLAN on the AP at all.
If no: Then the router switch port going to the AP should be a trunk. The VLAN settings on both the router and the AP depend on the details of what you are wanting to achieve.
