HELP! WAX630 QoS Settings is greyed out.
Firmware V10.8.11.4. I don't know if it's the firmware or if I'm doing something incorrect but it's not accessible as it doesn't give me the option to disable "WMM Powersave" in the WAX630 web interf...

It's good that you have openned a ticket about your issue, so that engineering can take a look at it if needed to be escalated. Have you done a factory reset on the device yet?

I just got a update,
"Hi Robert,
This is Renna and I will be working with you on this case.
I understand that you are looking to disable the WMM Powersave on the WAX630 but the option is greyed out. I have seen the same issue using a lab unit and I have raised this to engineering. I will update you as soon as I hear from them.

The workaround is to take it off 11ax and put it on 11ng until they have a firmware update. :]
