My son forgot the registration for this WAC and now I can't register it. Can I get some help? This is the error that I get:

Get in touch with the Netgear Customer service using [email protected] request to change the ownership from an unknown to a family known Netger account e-mail addresss (in case you have a Netgear account with other devices use the same) providing serial number, MAC address, and proof of purchase ideally.
It's a very unlucky software design btw.
