Yes, the beauty of SLAAC or DHCPv6 probably. However, it appears CurtisV is looking for IPv6 routing capabilities when I read the fine print correct.

Actually I was looking for a short term router solution while I unpacked my home office boxes and then reconfig my FreeBSD SBC to work with Spectrum residential having been previously set up for Comcast business (fixed addresses).
The WAX206 does act as a bridge in AP mode and therefore pass all IPv4 and IPv6 and anything else with an Ethernet MAC header as the link layer (as it should as an AP).
For me IPv6 is essential so I could have found a cheap AP with one 2.4G and one 5G rather than a non-functional router with up 6 radios (3 each 2.4G and 5G). Not that this was expensive though.
