All decent WX6xx allow adjusting the output power by band, like
From the Output Power menu for the radio, select 100%(Max), 50%, 25%, 12.5%,
or 4%(Min). The default is 100%
Similar control is available in Insight - of course, very same levels:
If my math isn't to rusty, -10 db is half the power, -20 db is 25%, and -30 db is 12.5%.

Thank you for your reply. But no, 3dB is a factor 2, 10dB is a factor 10, 20 dB is a factor 100, and 30 dB is a factor 1000. We need it to be adjustable in, at most, 6dB steps but preferably 1dB steps.

So, there you are, this is what i available: These are 3 db steps, 50% == - 3 db, 25% == -6db, 12.5% == -9db, 4% == -14 db ... or do I face to much cold snow and clumpsy fingers today? Keep in mind this isn't measuring equipment.
