Absolutely nothing wrong. All devices are connected to the very same L2 network. The WAX202 will "see" the MAC addresses of all devices, regardless of where these are connected. The WAX202 will show these as connecd (=reachable) via the WAX WAN interface, The Smart Hub 2 will show also devices connected direct to the wax202 in AP mode as LAN connected devices.
