Double check your wireless client is not associating to the 2.4 GHz band SSID.
Ensure you have configured the Channel Width to at least 80 MHz, better 160 MHz. For simplicity, you can also choose Auto where available.
That solved it, I have adjusted the width and am now getting 500Mbps. Thank you very much.
