slow wifi speed when using iphone with WAX630
Hi, ,my office are using WAX620 & WAX630, we found all device can connect to internet smoothly, except iphone(from old model to the latest one), the symptom is, those iphone device can connect to the WAX620/WAX630 but the connect speed is extemely slow.
We have already upgrade the firmware to the latest one.

Please mention the model of iphone and iOS version? Hope your mobile data connection is not enabled.
Let us know your ISP speed and how much you are getting on iPhones?

Hi Raghu,
The iOS version from 15.1.1 to 15.3
The ISP internet speed is 500MB, when running the speed performance test (e.g. www.speedtest.net), D/L speed is almost 500Mbps.
But when user start to use the phone app(e.g. youtube, FB, IG...) , you can see the loading speed is very slow, especially during the app start up period.
We did performance the test with Andriod phone together with iPhone, you can see the big different on it.
FYI, we cannot find the similar symptom when we try to use our old AP router.
Please advise what we can do next, thanks.
