WAC104 - CANNOT CONNECT WIFI
The techincal support is an off shore call center and very difficult to understand. We bought a new modem AND router and cannot get the WiFi to work. Please help before I throw these in the garbage and get a new set of devices with good technical support.

This does add some complexity to the communication, indeed. However, when I read you post I can imagine that it must be difficult to help.
We're just community members and can't remove the language barriers.
Take a minute and re-read your post and think about what you want to tell us, what you expect, and at which step of the WAC104 Installation Guide you struggled, what effects and problems you experienced.

What are the other devices on your network - the modem, the router?
The subject WAC104 is a wireless access point only, neither a modem, nor a router. Well possible this is what is causing the problem you are facing.
Say you are connecting the WAC104 direct to a working cable modem, it will acquire the one and only public IP address available from the ISP. Any wireless client you connect to it won't be able to get an IP address, and will fall back to a ZeroConfig address (or no IP address at all) - and with that one you can't neither reach the WAC104 nor the cable modem nor the Internet.
If the undefined modem and the WAC104 are the only devices it is impossible to set-up something working for some wireless devices. Blame who ever suggested just these two devices...
