wac104 bought by mistake wanted a wifi router tech Josue told me this could be used as a wifi
used as a wifi as long as it is properly setup. If you can, this is the help I require?
The tech who sold it to you didn't do a very good job.
not sure where you bought it the but the wac104 is an access point, not a router.
Some access points will have a router mode but looking through the manual, I didn't see one.
