It seems that you were having speed issues with the APs connected to the wireless controller. May I know if this happened after they installed the new FTTP line? Is this working perfectly before? What are the other changes other than the FTTP line?

Though not as regularly highlighted it seems that issues where present prior to the line installation.

No other changes have been made to the network.

Line tests over Ethernet, at the router and with the telco confirm there is no fault with the line :)
