If the LED keeps on cycling after more than 2 minutes I would suggest to try doing a factory reset. On the bottom panel of the access point, near the ethernet port, locate the recessed Reset button. Using a straightened paper clip, press and hold the Reset button for at least 10 seconds (less than 10 seconds would only do a reboot).

Thanks RennaD, The device has sat with the orange light blinking for literally hours. I have done a factory reset twice and that hasn't helped. Later in the day the light sometimes does go blue or green and then just goes back to blinking orange. I still can't access the GUI which hasn't helped (it keeps defaulting to an error page) and the app is a bit cumbersome as I only want to set it up as a standalone Access Point. I am going to try a reboot again today and if it doesn't work I may send it back. If you have any other suggestions that would be great. Thanks
