Plenty of more or less sophisticated Apps available - for Android phones (complain to Crapple, not to Netgear) for this purpose, for example
- WiFi Analyzer (open-source) by VREM Software Development or
- analiti by the analiti Expoerts Group ...just to have to random examples

No, get a second WAX6xx properly connected to your LAN with a network cable, ideally PoE+ powered from a switch.
