WAX202 as a secondary router

Unless I'm missing something essential, this makes devices make up a NAT router only, so configuring a classic IPv4 static routing environment adding a route e.g. from the 192.168.3.0/24 to the 192.168.4.0 /24 subnet is probably not possible. The reason is that the WAX does NAT-block any connection attempts from the "WAN" subnet to the LAN subnet is not possible. You won't be able to talk direct to an address in the WAX202 LAN subnet.
