WAX210 unable to connect Google Hub & Audio

Hi, I'm hoping you can help. I have recently purchased the above product as my vodafone ultra hub is unstable & adding an AP seems to have resloved the issue.

Hwever i'm struggling to connect my google home display & also one of the google audios from my home app to the new AP. They connect no problem to the vodafone router wifi but not the AP when I switch the router WiFi off. Any ideas what I can do? Its the same SSID & login details & all my other google mini's & two audios have connected without issue to the WAX210.
