Hi,
I have been searching for answers regarding random disconnects of Apple devices on my WAX214v2 AP and finally came across this thread. The symptoms described here with the WAX220 match exactly to those I have been experiencing with the WAX214v2.
Can we please have updated firmware for the WAX214v2?
Many thanks

Hello,
This might be a separate issue and we would need to track it to find the cause. Can you please send me a private message and let me know the issue you are running into with the WAX214?

I am having similar drops of two networks on my AP. The AP goes along fine and then it just decides “all done”. This AP is located on the first floor and is usually used only by my wife with her I pad pro. Our Control 4 system is managed by one of these two networks. So then she gets no music!
To boot, I cannot login to the config network either so I am stuck.

Hi,
Does your AP uses latest FW version, where the frequent disconnection issue has been addressed.
How many WAX220 AP's do you have and how are they located, topology please.
Check for any interfaces in your n/w.
Change the channel and channel width on AP.
For every AP reboot, 'Config-Only-SSID' will be broadcasted and will be active only till 15mins, and if no clients are connected within 15mins, then config-only-ssid (Management SSID) will disappear.
Wireless SSID would be discovering for connecting and getting Internet for client devices.

i have tried everything.
Updated firmware
reset back to factory. Both on the hardware and when it was in management
i get into the config fine
i can login to the AP
I can change the settings for the one network i have in there but it will not APPLY.
Same with adding a new network. Will not apply.
