Hi,
Please let us know if issue still exists?.
I've already shared the LED status above, please complete AP initial configuration and connect the clients with the configured SSID for Internet connection.
Make sure, AP has sufficient power, use CAT6 / 6E ethernet cable, check the channel, Chanel bandwidth set on the AP and avoid channel congestion in the n/w<environment>, client has good signal strength.
let us know if you need further assistance, we can also have live debug if required.

I am unable to complete an initial setup. When I hit the last button, everything seems to freeze.

This could indicate your WAX220 does not receive DHCP config from your LAN, or the AP firmware is corrupt or failed to start the system successfuly

As this the (first?) initial set-up attempt, there is nothing the community can do for you here. Factory new devices are coming with Complementary Support:
NETGEAR provides complimentary technical support for NETGEAR products for 90 days from the original date of purchase.
Head to https://my.netgear.com/ , in case your device and serial number is not registered to your account yet, do it right away. Then selcet the device serial from the list, and follow the [Request Hardware Support] process please.
Necro posting on issues addressed a long time go already does not bring better quality of the community, just adds confusion. Thus, your issue is off topic to the original subject "WAX220 WIFI Disconnects on Apple devices", a moderator should split the topic, or you are encouraaged to create a new thread instead of re-using old posts.

I have three WAX220 access points running the latest firmware V1.0.3.5 which still have this issue. iPhones constantly disconnect and reconnect to the wireless network but other clients are stable. I`ve tested with the 11 pro, 12 mini, 12 pro and 13 pro max and all encounter the issue when running a speedtest (or anything else which create high load). Was this issue expected to be fixed in latest firmware (V1.0.3.5).
Thanks

Hi,
Thank you for reaching us!
Could you please download and share the logs, for further debugging this issue further.
1. Are you observing this issue on V1.0.3.5 ?, what about on V1.0.3.4 version, where we have addressed this disconnection issue and customers claimed issue has resolved.
2. Could you please share device backup file along with GUI login password.
3. Could you please share Channel, channel width, distance of the client from AP, how AP's are situated.
Thanks,
Nivedita

I'm creating an account to report that going back to V1.0.3.4 from V 1.0.3.5 fixed this problem for me.
I was getting disconnects afte upgrading to V1.0.3.5.

Hello, I'm also experiencing issues with 1.0.3.5. When I downgraded to 1.0.3.4 the iPhone devices have a much more stable connection. Has there been any progress on this?
