WAX220 WLAN does not start

Greetings,   I powered up a brand new WAX220 device with a 12V 3A adapter. The power and LAN led turn on as expected, but both WLAN leds stay off and the management ssid does not come up (tried loo...

Hi,

 

I tried it, but couldn't reach the admin interface on that address. I suspected maybe it is not accessible on the WAN cable interface?

 

I opened a support ticket and they have offered me an RMA, so I have shipped the unit.

Thanks for your response. It should be accessible via LAN interface as this was the common way of accessing and setting it up. We are fortunate that we have the support line to get you an RMA for the said unit.
