WAX610 Firmware Mismatch
Hello,
I have two WAX610s in an office environment serving one network. Both are acting as access points broadcasting the same SSID. They are locally managed and do not utilize cloud products.
One AP is on firmware v10.4.1.5 and will not update via the check for upgrade feature (it says no update is available), but my other AP is running v10.5.0.14 and auto updated with no issue. What could be the cause for mismatched firmwares and is the only way to correct this issue to manually flash the firmware?
Thank you.

The availability for a download or in Netgear Insight does not imply it will be made readily available the same minute (or days, weeks, ...) for the live update.

I suppose I'll have to manually flash these APs from this point forward as they don't want to seem to grab the latest firmware.
This is why I said before:

Based on observations, we know v10.5.0.14 was replaced by v10.5.0.16 to address an operational issue with 802.11r and/or the 2.4 GHz band SSIDs these days.
If you are concerned, head to https://netgear.com/suport/ and grab the current version for a manual update.

Thanks for this information, schumaku. I can't seem to auto update to 10.5.0.16 on either device. I suppose I'll have to manually flash these APs from this point forward as they don't want to seem to grab the latest firmware.
