MIght bring the WAXY closer to the WAC unit. Try 30-40 feet.
What channels are you using? Try 1 and 40 or 11 and 48.
Try using the WAXY alone with out the WAC unit.
Though CAT5e is good for most indoor invironments, you may re-consider something that is out door rated. CAT6A STP would be something look into.
