WAX610Y Constant Device Offline Device Online
My WAX610Y outdoor access point constantly goes offline and online. No rhyme or reason but probably happens a dozen times a day, and in similar intervals. No issues with my three indoor units. I've s...

I cannot access the logs, I can't even find the WAX610Y on my router device list. I only have one of these units, the others are WAC540s. I have a NetGear modem/router and everything is hardwired. I have a C7800 router (wifi off) connected via ethernet to all devices including 3 access points (2 - WAC540, 1 - WAX610Y and a switch GS324TP). All the wireless devices show as "wired" since they connect via the wired access points. Router is connected to the GS324TP switch, switch is connected to all wired devices and the access points (WAC540 / WAX610Y).
UPDATE: after a couple restarts I was able to get device to show up in my router with an IP address. It says the logs are not a valid format (.gz). "
- The file wax610y-officewax610y-13-07-21_15-59-14-logs.tar.gz does not have a valid extension for an attachment and has been removed. jpg, gif, png, pdf are the valid extensions." I could not open the file in acrobat to try and save as PDF.

Could you please send us the diagnostic logs of WAX610y? You can upload into google drive and send me a link via PM.

Did you checked the latest FW 9.5.3.2 WAX610Y | Insight Managed Access Point | NETGEAR Support
We have made some improvements on this issue front. Please upgrade to this firmware if not and share your feedback.
Thanks,

I updated all firmware. As mentioned before I paid $50 for Insight service and within 5 minutes everything rebooted and was working. Now all of the sudden the two access points (not the outdoor one) are going off line and taking other WIRED devices with them. I don't know if its a bad switch or some kind of conflict after the latest updates. Can I give you access to my insight account to find out why devices keep going offline? Half the time I can't access the devices via their ips so I can't even get logs.
I have noticed when devices are put on the "172" network vs 168 (example 172.27.1.175) they think they have internet service but they don't, and when you try to use them they don't work.
