I believe I have the most recent firmware, but NetGear makes it harder than it needs to be because they want that insight money.

I paid for the Insight Service / App. As soon as I paid it rebooted everything and the WAX610Y has had zero issues - BUT THEN my WAC540s started acting on the fritz, taking down the entire network. Now everything EXCEPT the WAX610Y is on a 172 subnet that doesn't work and does not provide internet access. Insight says it can't find my two switches most of the time. I think there is some glitch between the two switches.
Netgear reached out and asked for logs which I provided. I have not heard back from them on my newest issues

Hunting ghosts - neither the WAC540 (connected to your network how exactly?) nor the WAX610Y distribute LAN IP addresses. The 192.168.x.y or the "172" network (example 172.27.1.175) dont "source" from the Netgear APs.
Unclear to me from there these two LAN subnets are coming from. The 192.168.x.y could be the FritzBox LAN, the 172.x.y.z could come from the FritzBox Guest LAN or a provider router (ab-)using private IP addresses. Reads to me like multiple subentworks are inter-connected somehow here.
Almost impossibly a Netgear AP issue or an Insight issue.
Review your network connections, cablings, IP subnetworks issued by the FritzBox (for LAN and for Guest). Ensure only the router LAN network and IP subnet is connected to the APs.

schumaku RaghuHR My setup is 100% Netgear - intended to avoid these issues. I don't have a FritzBox. Like I said before the issues before left the network unusable. Paid for Insight service, it rebooted everything, reprovisioned (not update, everything was up to date) and boom everything started working again and the opposite problem happened a week later. Initial issue was the WAX610Y taking the entire network down, now the WAX610Y works 100% of the time, but the WAC540s go offline and take the entire network (wired too) with it. Then both come back online - both go offline/online together at the exact same times).
C7800 Modem / Router (wifi off) single feed directly to:
Main Switch GS324TP feeds all house ethernet ports, two WAC540s, and feeds directly to:
Secondary Switch GS316EPP (located 75M away in Office) feeds office ethernet and the WAX610Y
Only the Office WAX610Y shows as being on the 192 subnet Main Switch GS324TP = 172.27.153.193 Secondary Switch (located in Office) GS316EPP = 172.27.153.175 Office Access Point OFFICEWAX610Y = 192.168.0.135 Garage Access Point GARAGEWAC540 = 172.27.153.108 Third Access Point SOUTHWAC540 = 172.27.153.101 My Insight app says the GS324TP is "available" but when I try to access via ap or directly via IP nothing loads. Same with the WAC540s
