The primary ethernet port on this device maxes out at 100Mbps. The LED's have always been orange, not green (1Gbps). I've tried multiple switches, upgraded firmware, resetting device, but it won't ge...

Thanks Kurt. I am at the latest firmware. I did a factory reset. I've changed switches. I have the power adapter since my original switch was only POE+. Since then I've put in a POE++, but still have the power adapter.
The device is: Insight Managed WiFi 6 AX6000 Tri-band Multi-Gig Access Point (WAX630)
Firmware: 10.6.0.7
I have opened a case with Netgear support. I appreciate the attempt to help!

I had a support call. I reset to factory defaults again. Speed is better now. I will keep an eye on it. Strange, since I did a factory reset over the weekend and it didn't seem to help. Thanks to the community for offering suggestions.

Just wondering - cos I am having similar issue on my WAX630E: When you say "speed is better now", does that mean you are up to 2.5gbps on that port or that it is just more than 100mbps? Cos my port won't go faster than 1g on that port (#1). It has been plugged into two switches (one of them netgear multi-gig and it still won't).
Also, did you do a factory reset, then upload your saved "backed up current settings"?
TIA

Bump on this issue, I've got a WAX630 (not an E) with the same issue. Plugged into the 10g port on a M4300-52G-PoE+ ProSAFE with no luck. Initially I thought that was due to the injector that I had (10g port is not PoE so I need an injector) got a new Trendnet 10g PoE++ 90w injector but same deal. Tried to force it to 2.5g in the switch but it is telling me that 2.5g cannot be forced over copper, yet it lets me force 10g no problem. All Cat 6, two short cables or long cables same deal. Even tried the second 10gb port on the switch. Anyone have any ideas? Still in the first week or two of getting both of these so I'm about to toss in a ticket to Netgear if you guys don't have any immediate thoughts.
Edit:
Factory reset was completed, also tried configuring the AP in the web UI instead of Insight. On firmware V10.6.1.1
Much appreciated,
Joe
