Head to https://www.netgear.com/support/product/wax630e#download and expand the + View Previous Versions for earlier firmware versions - for whatever reason you think it's required to roll-back.
Or are you talking about config backup from an AP operating earlier firmware?
Do the release notes mention something like you can't roll-back?
