It is easier to use the first option that you have. You just need to set the port on trunk where the AP is connected so that it can also broadcast the other VLANs. It will still be depending on the AP you are going to use if it supports VLAN.

Hello John,
Thanks for your answer, I will give it a try. I don't know why I thought it needed special feature to transport a trunk through an wireless network/SSID. It is so simple I did not tried it.

Setting up a Trunk to the AP is only applied if you do have multiple SSIDs. If none, no need to configure trunk on it.
