MR6450 - Nighthawk M6 Pro super slow
I have an M6 Pro with a 1&1 SIM card. Since the device—despite having 5G reception—only achieves maximum download speeds of 50–60 Mbit/s, I had 1&1 replace the SIM card.
The result: the SIM card now achieves a download speed of 650 Mbit/s in a smartphone, but still only 50–60 Mbit/s in the M6 Pro. Even using the additional antenna yields no improvement.
The firmware version is NTGX65_10.04.22.00, and the device reports "Current software is up to date."
The 5G icon is displayed on the screen.
Any idea what the problem might be?
