switch managament ip accessible on specific vlan

Hi,

I am trying to set a management ip for my stack:

ip management vlan 30 10.10.30.70 255.255.255.0
ip management source-interface vlan 30

interface vlan 30
routing
ip address 10.10.30.70 255.255.255.0

Result:

(M4300-52G) (Config)#show ip management

Then I set a couple of ports to be mode access to the desired VLAN:

interface 1/0/1
switchport mode access
switchport access vlan 30

When connecting to this switchport with a corresponding ip address, I am unable to ping or access the switch.
