gs752tpv2 reboot
Hello,
we have a gs752tpv2 from 2020 with FW: V6.0.8.2. Last week all smart functions are frozen and after 1 year 247 days 4 hours 3 minutes 55 seconds i have to do a cold start. I Only change some days bevor -> 1 port and add there VLAN Tags, in case of new PBX on this port. And i Enabled on two Snom M700 devices LLDP, but they work on different switches in our office. The switch worked, but the VLAN Switching with DSCP was not working and the WebUi Down. I know this issue from the past, but a FW upgrade solved it till now.
But Today after 2 days 17 hours 24 minutes 36 seconds, the device make a reboot by its own. The hole office was down.
2023-08-09 09:15:11 -> Change VLAN Tag
2023-08-14 19:20:05 -> Manual cold start
2023-08-17 12:50:05 -> crashed with reboot
so where can i see what happen and where the issue was? I can not see anything in the log files... it is possible to look in the support files?

mmm no answer, the switch reboot again.
I read that some people have trouble with LLDP so i have deactivated the feature at the SNOM M700, and i have put all our Netgear Switches to actual Firmware.

willkommen in der NETGEAR Community.1. Ist die neueste Firmware-Version bereits installiert?
2.1. Im GUI des GS752TPv2 gehe zu: Maintenance > Export > HTTP File Export > Tech Support.
2.2. Füge die Tech-Support-Datei hier hinzu.

Hello,
last week i have take all our 4 Netgear switches to the newest Firmware. And they run now ~8 days without an Issue. And i disabled on booth SNOM M700 the LLDP feature. I will wait a month and then enable the feature for testing.
We have:2x GS728TPv2
1x GS752TPv2
1x GS110TPv3
The interesting part was that the GS110TPv3 crashed to, but later. So all our Netgear witches are now rebooted and at newest Firmware.
i have the old tech-support, but i can only upload images and pdf :D... - the_muckAspirant
Okay,
today the GS110TPv3 crashed again after 9 Days, the others running till now.
Where can i upload the Tech support? In the Support Files are mac addresses in combination with IP address 😉- Wojciech_KNETGEAR Moderator

2. Wie sieht die Topologie aus? Wie sind die Switches miteinander verbunden?
