There is no add-on for Twonky for the ReadyNAS Duo v2.
The Twonky forums have instructions to install, but this requires command line work. Buyer Beware as you could lose your data if you mess things up from the command line.

There is a Plex add-on app available that doesn't require any command line work. Download and install the ReadyNAS ARM 5.x application. http://www.plexapp.com/getplex/
