There is almost certainly no Web UI on any unmanaged GS108. Could be some GS108E or GS108T model variants.

Thank you Kurt. Even though my DHCP server was indicating the correct MAC for the GS752TPPv3 switch (and it showed the assigned IP for the GS752), when I tried to access the GS752, the browser kept bringing up an unmanaged GS108. I finally was able to get into the GS752 by powering down the two GS108 switches that I have (neither of which are managed switches). Still scratching my head on this one.

Correct. I should have included a more complete model number. It is a GS108PE. Thanks again for the assist.

Just for the curiosity of the future readers here: Was there a static LAN IP defined on that GS108PE (or these other GSxxxE/T models), and - while the DHCP server had an MAC<->IP address reservation - the DHCP server continued to push the IP address already in use on the other switches?

Good point.
That is the weird part I have not figured out yet. My DHCP server shows the correct MAC address for the GS752TPPv3 and the associated DHCP-assigned IP for the GS752TPPv3, however, the GUI for the GS108 was coming up. No other Netgear switch on my network has an assigned IP. I only have 5 total Netgear switches on my network.
The worse part was when I would try to log into the address that the DHCP server assigned to the GS752TPPv3, I would get the GUI for the GS108PE. Just plain weird and the only way I can log into the GS752TPPv3 is to power down the GS108PE. I have not witnessed this behavior before.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks Kurt.
