Cannot get access to admin login screen on my SRR60/AC3000 router
Hi
I have a new device I need to connect to the network that requires my phone to be connected to a 2.4GHz wifi. As my phone will not allow me to select the frequency, I need to make a change to the router settings. When I tried to access the router using the IP address, it errors (Hmmm… can't reach this page. It looks like the webpage at https://192.168.0.nnn/ might be having issues or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.)
- Accessing the router through a browser using the ip address used to work.
- Hardware is Orbi SRR60/SRS60 and they are all at the latest firmware.…
- The wifi network is working fine.
- I’ve checked the IP address of the SRR60.
- I’ve tried both Edge & Chrome on the Win11 PC & also tried browsers on my phone. I’ve tried another PC as well as clearing browsing history.
- I can access the router on the Orbi App, but this doesn’t give me the ability to modify the settings needed.
- I’ve tried resetting the Routers, but no luck.
- I’ve tried using Insight Cloud, but again there is no option to edit advanced wifi setting.
I seem to be going around in every frustrating circles, any suggestions?

Welcome to the community!
This is a known issue for which we have a patch firmware with a fix. The issue does affect Chrome and Edge, please use Firefox to access the web admin page.
I have sent you a PM with a link to download the patch firmware.
Kind regards

First point: Complain to the makers of this nonsense IoT. No mobile, in fact no mobile client allows to select the band for the wireless connection. Complete misconception in that unknown device design.
Second point: The potential issue wir the SRR60 (a change in almost all recent Web browsers) requires a fix (already available on the newer SXR30/50/80) YeZ please.
Nothing you tried does bring you anywhere ear to a solution I'm afraid.
