I found the solution.
In the "main" Netgear website, I changed the TFA method to email. It works with the Insight portal too.

Well, the question is "why did the option disappear in the new version?".
The answer might be a label "Work in progress".

As mentioned before: Have not seen such an option on the Insight Web portal since the early Beta days.
Can you please share an old screenshot please, using sone clout photo or image sharing service plus?
