I have access to features to my PR60X router
I am frustrated with this as well. As a business with 3 locations, I am on classic. I have access to features to my PR60X router advertises as having. I can't use the new IDS or any features. Heck, I had this router for over 2 years before the dual WAN failover was activated even though it said it had it on the box(it didn't until a later firmware). I'm not happy with Netgear. I've contacted and opened 2 tickets to get moved to the new Insight. My personal account has the new Insight. I've thought about making a new account and moving my 50+ devices to it but I was told "you should have the new insight by the end of June....then July". I am not holding my breathe. I think it's time to move to a more professional company that actually has features it lists on products. And not months if not years after it should.

***I don't have access to features*** Typo from my previous reply and can't edit for some reason. Came here and saw others are not being upgraded to the new Insight and wanted to voice my concerns with OP.
