For the moment, only https://www.insight.netgear.com/ is workable as used in the links above.

  Hey BretD - there was and is nothing wrong wth the link. Just the text representation variant (without the leading www. !) is not workable. They missed to add the DNS A and AAAA records and configure the server accordingly. Here we access the community like community.netgear.com and not as www.community.netgear.com, agree?
