I need to correct an error in my original post. As a result of a much earlier mistake I made with my accounts, I now remember that my IOS app credentials use my jedi1844@icloud.com login ID, but my regular Netgear account uses my login ID jediv1844@gmail.com. But interestingly, all my devices show under both IDs. But my Location and Subscription status only show in my IOS app. Help.

I am losing my mind. It appears that my previous correction was in error. My user ID credentials for both the IOS app and the web portal are the same. But I still think there is some administrative confusion going on in the back office details of my accounts.
