WAX610 is offline within INSIGHT allthoug it works fine
Hi Community,
since a few days I've got some problems with my WAX610 within Insinght.
I've got two WAX610 now working for at least 2 months. I use Netgear Insight Management to manage the devices.
Allmost one week ago a got an alert message that one of the devices is offline, although it works fine. A reboot doesn't helped.
Now I got an alert message for the second device that that one is offline too.
Both devices are working fine. I can reach them via browser, no problems.
My network config:
Both AP's behind a AVM Fritz!Box.
I didn't change anything on the firewall or any other setting on my router. The only thing I changeged was the switch fro DNS to DNS over TLS on the router some days befor the first alert message.
What have I done/tried:
1. after the first AP was marked as offline I rebootet it, without succcess
2. I logged in and tried to ping an URL, works fine
3. Looked into the logs and to google for some of the messages. But without success.
4. Changing back DNS over TLS to DNS without success
Here is a snipping from my logs:

Can anyone give me a hint to solve the problem?

Welcome to our community! :)
It seems that you are having issues with your access point that shows offline on your Insight account. Have you tried to remove it from your organization and re-add the AP? Please try it so that we may know if it is communicating with your Insight. Please also update it to its latest firmware version if it still not up to date.
You may download the latest firmware here.

Thank you for your response.
Sorry I was busy last days, so I was not able to try your advice.
Here the results:
1. The AP has the latest firmware (9.2.0.7)
2. I removed one of the AP from the organization and rebooted it.
The insight app was able to recognize the AP and I re-added the AP to my organization.
First I hadn't any real changes. In the insight app the state was "waiting for connection" and in the AP web-GUI the state was "Disconnected" on the "Magement Mode" card.
After a while the connection get lost and my SSID's disappeard. I had only a net called like "NEATGEARXXXXX". I was able to connect to it with the default secret.
So solve this I tried the following:
* rebooting --> no success
* removing and adding the device with in the insight app --> no success
* reseting --> no sucess
* reconfigure the VLAN on my switch and readding the AP in the insight app --> partely successfull
After that, the AP was able to load the setting from the cloud and works properly without been connected in insight cloud
Now the state in the insight app for the device is "Wait for connection".
In the web-GUI of the AP the state is still "disconnected".
And the dashboard of the the device says:
Sorry but I have no idea what is going wrong.
Just thinking about to stop using the cloud and configure all via web inteface.
