Hi kmozart ,
Welcome to the Community, let me try to help.
If you alreasy have set a static IP address in this subnet on your Mac, you should be abel to access the Web interface in your browser by just entering 169.254.100.100 (so, without the column nor port number)
Product support page:

Link to the Install Guide:

Please let us know how it goes. Also you can contact us at ProAVDesign@netgear.com anytime.

What I tried first was set in DHCP mode,
But trying manually (static IP) with same numbers, does not work.

SO with DHCP
I got Ip: 169.254.253.214
Subnet: 255.255.0.0
Tried http://169.254.101.100 in the browser, No log in page shows.
Deleted com.apple.alf.plist Pref file,
Restarted computer and now DHCP Shows:
ip: 169.254.101.213
Subnet: 255.255.0.0
Still no Log in window.
Supposed to be plug in, create profile and go!
