M4250-40G8F-PoE+ MAC address issues

We have this switch configured using the AV template for audio traffic routing prioritization.  This created a new VLAN 20 for this traffic.  We then changed the management interface to the VLAN as well to allow us to see the switch on the network.  This is when the issues started to happen.  One of the AV equipment connected to the switch started complaining about a duplicate MAC address.  We checked the MAC address table in the switch and found for some reason the management VLAN 1 and the newly moved management VLAN 20 connection had the same MAC address.  I don't know how the AV equipment could see the issue of the duplicate MAC address on a completely different VLAN but it can.  Is this normal or is there an issue with our switch or a configuration change that we need to make?  Right now we can not get the AV equipment that is complaining bout the duplicate MAC error on our monitoring software due to the error.  I have added the configuration file to this post in hopes that someone can find a conflicting or incorrectly set setting.  I had to convert it to a PDF file to upload it.
