M4250 Can't Access Main UI Login

Hello, I recently updated to 13.0.5.10 firmware and now I can't access the Main UI Login page. The AV UI Login page works fine, just not the Main UI Login page. Here is what I get when I try the addr...

    Found the solution. I have to enable ip http secure-server

Has anyone seen or sovled this previously? I still can't access the switch via the Main UI Login interface.
