Welcome to Netgear comminuty, M4300-8X8F is the smallest one in M4300 series, no pre-configured stacking port, thant meaning any 10G port (copper, fiber) and any media type (RJ45, SFP+, DAC) can be used for stacking. You can use any port, any media and up to 16 ports per switch for stacking on every M4100 10G model. Please follow the application note step by step!
