Unable to unassign ports from or delete a Profile
I have been using Engage for hours now to unassign the ports on a M4250 switch from a QSC-AV profile and reassign them to the Default Data management Profile. I am unable to unassign the port or delete the QSC-AV profile. Please God help me before I through this switch into the river!
Thanks.

Hello wretaudio
Netgear Engage is just a helpful tool to configure an AV network with one or multiple switches. Most operations are possible by using the switch local Web UI, too - right click on the three dots menu and use the [Open Local WebUI]. Or simply direct in Engage:
- Select the appropriate device from the Devices Management
- Go to [Network Profiles] (in this example the only pure Data profile it the GCK Club named one, actually no port assigned)
- From the hamburger menu to the right of the intended "target" profile, use [Edit]
- Select the port you like to have associated with a different profile, and [Apply]
- Once applied, you will see the port -is- assigned the other profile
Don't be confused: Here in this installation, the Default profile is from the "Video NDI5 / NDI6 with Dante, Q-Sys or AES67 audio" type, not the more generic "Data".
You never delete the Profile from the port - otherwise the complete configured profile would be gone!
Hope this helps. Don't hesitate to ask .....
Good luck,
-Kurt.
