Cannot update latest firmware 2.7.2.102 SRR60 and SRS60

Cannot do a manual update or automatic update from 2.7.0.122 to latest firmware  2.7.2.102 Auto update says "no new firmware update available" Manual update says firmware file is incorrect version.....

When you're manually updating, are you making sure the router is getting the router version and the satellite the satellite version? I know it sounds stupid but I've seen people trying to install the satellite firmware to the router. (also, make sure to update the satellite first).

    Yeah....updated manually before on previous versions so doing everything right but no result. any other suggestions?
