Connecting to a printer that is connected to a computer on a satellite
We have an Orbi Pro router, and we have a satellite SRS60 connected to it via cable in the warehouse. We have a computers connected to the satellite via cable as well. We are not able to see those computers or printers from computers connected in the office to the main Orbi Pro router. At one point we were able to do this, but something must have changed. The main router is an SRR60 and the firmware version is V2.7.0.122.
We can connect to the satellite by entering the IP address and we can log into it with the userid and password. We just can't connect to and share items.
What do we do?

Welcome to the community!
When did the issue occur and do you remember any events that could have caused it? Was it being managed via Insight or locally?
Please let us know as well if you've tried the following:
- Performed a reboot on the satellite
- Checked if the satellite is also running v2.7.0.122
- Perform a factory reset on the satellite only
Last resort would be to perform a factory reset on both router and satellite.

It is managed locally. We tried all of those things with the exception of factory reset on everything. Finally we had someone come out from a local tech shop and they had issues as well. They finally did something to hard code and it worked for a month or so, now it is no longer working again. I recently added address reservation to th machine in hopes that would stop the issue, but until i can get the printer connected again I will not know.
